I visited Dr. Xu today for a consultation and my expectations were far exceeded. I have periodontal disease due to years of neglect on my part and wanted to understand what options I have (extractions, dentures, implants, etc) for a near and long term solution.
Dr. Xu spent about 40 minutes with me diagnosing the issues and providing a treatment plan, going into detail about the options that he would recommend. No selling, no suggestions on unnecessary procedures… just here are the problems, the possible solutions and a breakdown of the out the door costs associated.
I think this is the first time that I’ve ever been to a dentist that I didn’t feel like I was on an assembly line or in a revolving door, as Dr. Xu took an enormous amount of time to make sure that I had what I needed. He and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and can’t wait to see the end result.
